We love finding creative ways to highlight the different features of a home... whether it’s a room with a view, a spacious living room, or a multi-use space. We work with realtors and homeowners to help them get the house sold quickly and for the best possible market value.

Full-Service Home Staging

Selling your home is a stressful process. There is a lot to do, and a lot to think about. We can help lift some of that burden by staging your home for you. The exact scope of work varies from property to property, but typically our full-service home staging includes de-cluttering, de-personalizing, and furniture re-arrangement. If needed, we may also bring in accessories and furniture to finish the look. In some homes we’ll also paint the walls/trim. Our services do not include cleaning rooms or packing items into boxes.

We’ll begin with a tour of the property, during which we’ll make a list of what is needed to be accomplished. We’ll then schedule a date to come back to do the staging.

The initial property visit and consultation is $150. The staging fee thereafter will be $400 for a half day or $800 for a full day. If furniture is needed, the rental & delivery cost will be quoted separately.

Home Staging Consultation Only

For those who prefer a DIY approach, instead of doing the staging for you, we’ll provide a printable to-do list, which will be a recap of what we discussed during our walkthrough. This option is a $150 flat fee.

Additional travel fees will apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Franklin Park.
